Amritara Suryauday Haveli

Everything is excellent. It is a 5 star level home run in a very boutique personalized style. The staff is extremely polite, the views are amazing, the food is out of this world. Recommended stay in Kashi. I had a brilliant stay.

We loved our time at Suryauday. The entire team are dedicated to service and they do not hesitate to go above and beyond. The hotel is heritage and the rooms are comfortable with excellent air-con and facilities. Extra touches like a range of tea and fresh biscuits in the room make a difference. The bathrooms are large and everything works well. Coming back to hotel in the heat of the afternoon to be greeted by a delicious, complimentary high tea was wonderful. The stand out features of this hotel is its excellent location, dedicated team, high tea served every afternoon complimentary for guests and excellent breakfasts.

Stay was decent. Food was above expectations. However, the sales / reservation team and hotel team are just not well coordinated. We had booked with a few special requests, and the same were confirmed basis the availability. There was no mention of it not being able to cater untill the last moment. Those request were not updated by the reservations team to the team at the hotel. The reception staff was rude and the reservation teams won’t pick up my call. It was terrible experience as we were checking out esp for my parents . Ankita was the reservation / sales woman and Hassan was on at the reception. Team definitely needs solution management skills.
