Such an amazing dining experience! I went with friends to have dinner in this hotel as we were on the area and it was the first time a restaurant in the Netherlands surprises me for good. The quality of the food was magnificent, full of flavor, big portions and the staff super friendly, our maitre Waleed did not lose a big smile the whole evening, he treated us so well being attentive and bringing us the food/ drinks super quick!! Definitely we will come back to enjoy a bit of south Europe vacancy vibes on the Netherlands
I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent experience at this hotel left us truly disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was anything but far from friendly. The front desk administrator Kenneth was astonishingly rude and unprofessional. Despite the fact that the issue with the reservation and payment was entirely the hotel's fault (reservation and payment was verified weeks in advance), Kenneth accused us of not paying, raised his voice, and demanded payment again without a trace of courtesy or willingness to resolve the matter calmly. Checking in six people took over an hour, yet not a single apology was offered from Kenneth. If this weren’t enough, here are a few more issues: Rooms: Poorly designed and extremely dark. Breakfast: Mediocre at best. Conference offer for 2 days: Significantly overpriced. During the event, no water was refilled, and lunch consisted of a basic soup and sandwich — which honestly felt like leftovers from breakfast. Definitely not worth the price. This hotel is nowhere near a true 4-star experience. The facilities are lacking, but what really ruins the stay is the arrogant, unhelpful staff, especially at the front desk.
Very disappointing stay for a supposed 4-star hotel. The location is inconvenient — only one bus every 30 minutes, often delayed. At €120 per night, you’d expect basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or at least a bottle of water in the room. But none of that was provided. The lighting in the room was extremely dim, almost like candlelight (see photo). Water pressure was low, making showers unpleasant. Overall, it feels like the hotel is cutting corners everywhere to save money, but still charging premium prices. Even the receptionist couldn’t bother to smile, not exactly a warm welcome. Definitely not worth the price.
