Stylish new hotel with excellent amenities. Amazing location, rooms, restaurant and service! Rooms are clean and cozy, and most importantly QUIET! Wonderful place to hang out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Restaurant/ bar has both traditional and modern food options, great music and attentive staff. Concierge was kind and helpful. Would love to stay again!!

It is a Dutch style hotel with a numerous gravures, pictures and a Dutch style furniture in it. It's also ski-in and ski-out hotel. Family suite is great - it's newly renovated room has a brilliant view on the mountains, large enough for a 2 adults and a 5 year old "over active" boy, plus a bath in the restroom! The staff is 24 hours reachable, friendly, helpful and speaks at least three languages (russian, ukrainian, english). We've also left the suite at 15:00, after our check-out time (12:00) without extra fee. Thanks a lot! Gonna be there in December. P.S. Hotel has a great restaurant - breakfasts are a must have!

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. DO NOT PRE-PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING! I brought 6 business partners to stay at this hotel and run business meetings in their conference room. The facilities are nice, the equipment was good, but as we asked not to serve us next day with two coffee breaks as it was very nice but too much, they said: “TOUGH LUCK, WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU MONEY BACK” they kept 100% of pre-paid money, ended up not delivering a service and locking us out of the conference room that we also paid for. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
