Amsterdam Hotel Aktobe

When I checked in at midnight, I learned that unfortunately the room I booked in advance was located above the bar and I could hear the music in the bedroom. I asked the receptionist to switch rooms. She was very friendly and suggested me to spend this night in RM 210 in order to relocate me to a bigger room that will be available in the morning. I liked all the rooms I saw, the only problem was - the location. First room was above the bar, and 210 was above the room for smoking. the smell was weak that always there. The hotel itself is gorgeous, well maintained and for relatively small city like Aktobe, staff of Amsterdam"' is working hard to keep the service on decent international level. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness is outstanding. Breakfast is included and simply awesome. Breakfast hours are long and its closing at 11 am - almost at lunch time! Very very convenient! The dining area is like a museum's hall, you just enjoy the beauty around you every morning. The China is so cute and stylish, nice tea kettles that perfectly matching the vintage interior and make your breakfast is extra enjoyable. Did I mentioned that the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and patient? I am not an easy customer to deal with, and they handle all my request with a smile. Beside that, hotel has a nice decent size pool, jacuzzi, and bar that open until 3 am. Location of the hotel is in the middles of the city on busy street with stores, currency exchange places and cultural centers like City Concert Hall in a 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel is located at the second raw of building's on that street, therefore it quite at night. Very very enjoyable experience with high European's style level of service. Next time I'll in Aktobe, I wont even consider to look at the other places to stay, but "Amsterdam". Despite that the start of my stay was bumpy, the rest of time I spent in this hotel was pleasant, homey and relaxing. Nice, very nice place in the middle of Aktobe. Thank you very much!

Fading a little, but still a nice hotel.

Very good hotel. Personell very kind and react on all guests need. Rooms are not small and very clean. Beds are big, comfortable and with enough pillows Room are cleaning every day with replacing of towels. There is watter every day, refrigerator and climate if there is necessary to use The bathroom are enough size with all time hot water, and keeped clean all times. Food is tasty and there is mix if tradicionall to domestic kitchen
