Amura Alcobendas

We were staying at Amura for the MadCup 2025 tournament. Yas at the service food was amazing, not only did he greet us with a smile but took every opportunity to make us feel welcome and assist us with the c teams needs. Thank you Yas for great service!!!

Our room was dirty, mainly the walls. There were stains all over the walls. The window didn’t close properly and the wooden floor was discoloured.

Horrible old and small rooms and Horrible costumer service, rooms advertised are noting like the real one, staff is not helpful and speaks like we are a bunch of dumbs,when asked to change room the answer was" we are full booked and i dont anderstand what is your problem, you booked a connected room and thats what you have, when asked if we could change room the answer was "there are more rooms on the 3rd floor but they are all dirty and we dont have staff to clean it ( this was at 9oclock in the night) rooms don't even have an iron and when asked about it the answer was " off course not, it's impossible to have more than 200 irons, one for each room" bear in mine this is a "4* hotel "when asked about coffee and kettle, she gave me a kettle and told me to go to the bar and get coffee, once I went there the he gave me a menu and said" this is a bar, we sell coffee and teas and bear, if you want you can buy" why did i want a kettle for then? Apparently there was no manager in the hotel either, i have ro stay here another 3 days because it's already booked, but for now I do not recommend this hotel, this is max a 2* hotel with a 4* outside look
