From the moment we arrived at Elite Suites, we felt completely looked after. The team went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Katie, the Guest Relations Manager, was outstanding – nothing was too much trouble, and she ensured every detail of our holiday was perfect. Daria, the Amus Suites Supervisor, was just as wonderful, making sure everything ran seamlessly throughout our stay. Lia was always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed, adding a lovely personal touch to our experience. What really stood out was the level of care and attention we received. Every aspect of our trip felt effortless and stress-free, allowing us to truly unwind and relax. Even on the beach, the supervisor kept a discreet eye on us and our belongings, so we could completely switch off knowing everything was safe. The service here is second to none and absolutely worth every penny. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing escape with a team who genuinely cares about their guests, Elite Suites is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were incredible. Bars were great - good range of well priced cocktails and outstanding service. Pools were busy - obviously it’s school holidays! - but we preferred the beach. Lovely rooms which were really well maintained. Can’t fault this hotel although if you’re not full board or AI, I can’t recommend the restaurants nearby for dinner (beach bars are good for lunch).

We booked a deluxe forest view room, as it was my 60th birthday we got upgraded to a deluxe sea view room, with a bottle of sparkling wine. Food was plentiful with a great choice always hot. Staff were polite and friendly. Very clean in all areas. Bedroom was adequate with a very large comfortable bed there was no dressing table so doing hair and make-up was a little difficult. Entertainment was very very poor all acts were inside on floor 11, most people want to sit outside but there was not enough seating. The only evening there was really good singers outside was when the female relatives dined in the Italian restaurant. We went to the Italian restaurant no menu you had to do the QR code which did not download properly so there was a poor choice. Went to the spa for a price list again QR code. Everywhere you went you had to download. Had to vacate our room at 12pm did not get picked up until 7.20pm 145 euros to keep the room, this is far too expensive. Used the spa to shower and change they provided a towel. Been to a lot of 5 star hotels this is not it is more 4 star, we paid £3400 for 10 days did not get what we were expecting.
