The animators were absolutely amazing! They were always full of energy, friendly and made every activity so much fun. They created a fantastic atmosphere, made everyone feel included and we're always smiling. Thanks to them, every day was full of joy and unforgettable memories. A very special thanks goes to Maria The hotel was clean.

We had.nice holiday here. The rooms are modern but some areas of the pool need maintenance. The food is good, the staff are very friendly. The children really enjoyed the kids club and the entertainment from the animation team. Some hotels we've stayed have better service in restaurant and bars, but staff here work very hard when it's very busy. We would recommend with people travelling as a family with children

I stayed two weeks, I arrived at night and the room was not ready, stayed in temporary room and the next day I got the correct room. The beach is five minutes walk, the pool is good . The beach is nice after 3 pm because before that it is not possible to swim unless you walk on the pair. If you are good swimmer you can get your musk and enjoy the Red Sea amazing diving experience. The hotel itself is divided to 3 and 4 stars. You can upgrade or book the better option because the restaurant upstairs is crowded and the food is average but the gold restaurant downstairs is slightly better but not the best, It could be better. The staff are great and doing their best to help. Reception staff are dealing with hundreds of people and they are stressed but still helpful and smiling. In general it is good hotel for the price with good space and views. I don’t think I will book it again though.
