The best in-hotel-gym I ever seen. Nice, friendly staff, good choice of weights and equipment, nice music, fresh water and even the protein shakes! It’s a pleasure to do a workout there! Swimming pool. The one of the best guys in the hotel is the Mohammad - lifeguard. Very positive, nice, cooperative and all-languages speaking person. Always helps us with sunbeds and umbrellas! Mood-rising magician! We love him! Water always fresh and has a good comfortable temperature. Nice romantic blue lights in the evening and excellent bar-service gives the great atmosphere!

Samir and the other staff at the hotel are amazing. From the bar tenders, to the front of house to the concierge. They can't do enough for you. Real 5 star service. Dine around package is great. Food was always nice and of high standard during our stay. The hotel is spotless, in fact whole of Dubai is clean. This review won't do the hotel and staff the credit it deserves. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in JBR. The service was excellent, rooms were clean, and the location is perfect. Breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. It’s close to the beach with a beautiful view of Ain Dubai from the room. The staff were so welcoming and they decorated our room with flowers for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in JBR. Definitely worth the money!
