1. Room Condition The room was in excellent condition. It was very spacious, with a bed and sofa that were extremely comfortable. The bathtub was also large, and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing soak. 2. Butler Service The resort operates with a butler system. Our butler, Thanh (Solar), was truly delightful—very cheerful and attentive. He looked after us with such care that our entire stay was incredibly comfortable. From check-in and check-out to making restaurant reservations within the resort, everything was handled seamlessly. 3. Resort & Dining The resort itself is nature-friendly and offers a beautiful river view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We were also very satisfied with the food at both breakfast and dinner in the resort’s restaurant.

Quite honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. An honourable mention to Tran who is so kind, accommodating, helpful and fun!! But literally every single member of staff is fantastic. The downturn service especially is such a treat, your room is prepared for bedtime!!! Not only is the service amazing, but the rooms (we have river view with a private pool), is spacious, beautiful decorated and super comfy. The showers and bath are excellent. The food on site is INCREDIBLE. I am a vegan, my husband is not, and we have both eaten like gods. Somehow the entire staff knew I was vegan within 2 hours of our arrival, even before our allowed check in time, and everywhere I go they immediately tell me the vegan options. At breakfast they offered me vegan options that weren’t at the buffet. Food and beer prices are very reasonable as well. The only criticism I have of the entire place is that the rooms could use a full length mirror so that I can check my outfit with my shoes together! That is literally the only thing I can think of!! We will be back, and we can’t wait. What a little slice of heaven.

There’s not many places you can go to that has their own boats from the city to get you to your room and is available throughout the day, and all inclusive. The breakfast, dinner and food selection were great and there was always someone around to ask if you were ok. All in all a great place to stay. Highly, highly recommend. Gods Blessings upon you all.
