Room Type: Family Room with Breakfast Atmosphere and Design: The hotel has a nice architectural design and a pleasant atmosphere. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel is good. Facilities: While the hotel’s ambiance is appealing, the facilities could use some updates, particularly the bathroom design, which tends to get wet easily. Additionally, the TV is a bit old. Location: The hotel is connected to a beach, which is a significant advantage. However, it's about a 30-minute car ride from the city center. If you're looking for a beach getaway, this trade-off is worth it. The nearest convenience store and money exchange is just 5 minutes walk away, and the offer a golf cart service. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is beautiful but slightly small. The water slides, however, are quite exciting. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good variety of food and drinks, and the price I paid for the room was excellent value for money. Staff Service: The staff are friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. Gym: I used the gym, which is basic but sufficient. It was nice to use the treadmill while enjoying a view of the pool area. Recommendation: I would recommend this hotel for its value and pleasant atmosphere, especially for families and couples.

I really love this hotel especially the rooms that are spacious . I booked 2 sky bath and 1 sea view. As my room is too far away from parents, I have to change my room. The staff Focus help us with everything we need . She explain to us about afternoon tea and happy hour. The food and drink in happy hour has many options . Besides, there is a big swimming pool and bathtub. I really enjoy my vacation with my family . Specially thanks to Focus who is helpful and hospitable. Totally worth the money .

I had the most amazing stay at ANA Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya. The place is beautiful, but what really made my experience unforgettable was the staff (especially K. Aeh, K. Kwan, K. Mu. (Sora club lounge) and K.Som (Spa) They were all so kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Every little detail was taken care of, and they always made me feel so welcome and well looked after. You can really feel the heart in the service here. Whether it was helping with small requests or just checking in with a smile, they made my trip extra special. I honestly didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with truly amazing service.
