ANA Crowne Plaza Narita by IHG

Amazing place with amazing services . They are friendly , always smiling and want to help you as well always available to answer your questions . The food is amazing at the restaurants , the hotel is clean . It’s well kept . The bed is comfortable, I would say the only inconvenient is it is far from the downtown Kyoto but you have the shuttle bus of the hotel connecting with the airport , then you can take the rapid train. There is also a shuttle to the downtown Narita very convenient. The rooms will probably need an update in the next few years but they are comfortable and well equipped for your staying . Thank you to your team and I will definitely come back again ! 😃☀️

Stayed overnight as transit before going to our next destination. Having airport shuttle to/from Narita very helpful. Room is clean however you can see it's quite dated but since this is just a transit hotel, so it's doable. It also have convenience shop in the hotel lobby with all the main necessities we need.

Close to the airport, with a shuttle bus. Shuttle bus only goes once an hour for large parts of the day, so plan accordingly. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff is friendly and helpful, but the Spa staff is terrible at communicating. The rooms are straight out of the 80s, and haven't been updated since other than the addition of outlets to ONE SIDE OF THE BED. Meaning the other side still doesn't have outlets. The shower is in the tub, not what you'd expect at the rates they charge. Overall it's not terrible, the location is convenient, but it's also not great.
