We decided to walk to the hotel from Niigata Station, not realizing it was about to rain. It was a downpour by the time we got to the lobby, but one of the staff saw us coming and met us with dry towels at the door! It was so thoughtful! And that was just the start of great service. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!
Me and my partner stayed here 2+ months and I can say with absolute pleasure we would do it all over again. We were in Niigata for work and this hotel was by far the best we have even been to. Beat in mind that this was around 6-8 months ago now we were here and to this day we still think about this mattress 😱 OMG!!! The best sleep we have ever had were in those beds 😁 I’d go back just to relive it 😂We also had my partners birthday here too 🥰 Breakfast is amazing too!!! But I’m an English women on her own so I hide in the back so I don’t stick out 😂 but over all some of our most rememberable moments were made in Niigata and this very hotel. Our room was really comfortable. There was even a bath powder which we could use for a nice bath. Everything was clean and nice to use. The breakfast was a highlight and the best we had in Japan so far. You have a lot of choices and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The location is quite close to the train station (about 10 min by foot). We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return!
