Overall a top hotel. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast is yummy with a mix of English and Japanese options. The service is amazing with employees going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Located across from the main train station is also great as you have tons of restaurants and shopping only 5 min walking.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional—from the front desk and rooftop bar staff to the bell team and housekeeping. Everyone was genuinely friendly, kind, and welcoming. It’s the warmth and hospitality of the people that truly stood out and made this stay memorable. Thank you!
An old hotel, but personally I found that the basic room was a bit more spacious than the ones I stayed in the newer hotels. The location is very convenient, right at Okayama station. They have kindly provided late check-out at 1pm upon request.
