Ana Frank Boutique Hotel

We had an excellent stay here. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the communal areas are decorated with lovely furniture and artefacts. Frank was so welcoming and helpful, and our earlier than planned arrival was not a problem. The location in Miraflores is ideal, lots of places to eat within walking distance and we felt very safe. Recommended!

Hotel looks nice. Location is good. The rooms are fancy. The owners start off nice but get upset quickly if anything is out of place. I would suggest booking somewhere else if you want a peaceful stay. Never back to this place...bad service and bad mood from the owner.

AF hotel is like a museum inside. Fine furniture and clean. I booked a week stay. The room was big and nice. It looks great but the stay was not good. The room window faced the street and the noise was very bad all night. The weather was cool outside and very cold in the room. There is no heat and they did not provide a portable heater when I told them it was too cold to take a shower. There are cameras around the place which is ok until I saw the door jam is not flush with the wall. There is a gap that I could see into the lobby area all the down the door frame. When I told Frank I was uncomfortable with people being able to see into the room, he said he already knew about it and no one else has complained. Anne yelled and shook her finger at me. I left after 1 night and they required me to pay the for the whole week. There is something wrong here with Frank and Anne. They are friendly at first but turn rude and forceful the minute you say something they don’t want to hear. I recommend staying away from here. There are lots of nicer places at the same price.
