Very convenient hotel in downtown. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If I ever return to Landsberg I would definitely stay at this hotel again
The hotel is nice, the position is super since it's in the center of the city where you can reach everything by foot and it's also close to a garage where you can put your car. The staff is also nice and kind. Anyway, we found a window in the room that was partially broken and had to be manually fixed to be closed; then, we found dirt and hair everywhere in the room and, worst of all, a green chewing gum sticked to the bathroom floor with hair within it. Finally, there were no towels for our children when we got the room and had to ask them to the reception.
Dangerous Hotel! A Stranger Entered My Room at Night I stayed at this hotel from January 6th to 7th, and it was a terrible experience. At 11 PM, a stranger entered my room with a duplicate key! This is absolutely unacceptable. When I went down to the reception, there was no one there—no staff, no security. The hotel management did nothing to address the situation. Guest safety is clearly not a priority here. I do not recommend this hotel if you value comfort and security!
