It's just ok imo. Yes it's inside a very nice resort however that resort ia not included if you have a paid stay at Anah you will also need to buy a day and/or night pass 80 usd per day and 60 usd per night when I stayed. Everything is over priced inside the resort so if you're not driving and can't leave for groceries don't even bother.
Nice development on the jungle side of 307. 15 minutes to the beach. Lots of bugs, giant spiders etc. Not our ideal place to stay. Might be cool for a retired golfer to stay as it us right near the PGA golf center and course. Well kept grounds and security is very good. If your looking for ocean views and great beaches this is not it.
A lot of things were on the verge of breaking like the bathroom fosset dishes were dirty with good reason because the palace is ill equipped for cleaning, no kichen hand towel, drying rack nothing to clean up after you're self even though they threaten to keep your cash deposit if you don't and it goes on. On top of that you need a car to properly function. No restorants except resorts that don't let you come in. And no grocery stores in the area.
