Anan Hotel

Hotel location is awesome , it has got an underground parking. Staff are very helpful, thanks a lot for Ms.Gawaher, she was really friendly and supportive, Check in was supper fast. I will definitely come back again, it is going to be my spot whenever i come to Riyadh.

What a hotel! We stayed here for a night and the service was immaculate, rooms where spacious and clean , Jawhara (front of house)made sure our check in was as smooth as possible and was very hospitable, would defitely stay here if visiting Riyadh for a short stay!

Terrible Experience – Feels Like a Complete Scam! I can’t believe this place is rated as a 4-star hotel—it’s an absolute joke! From the moment I arrived, everything was a disaster. First, the room smelled disgusting—like a mix of mold, sweat, and cheap air freshener trying (and failing) to cover it up. The carpets were stained, and the bedding felt dirty. How is this acceptable for any hotel, let alone a "4-star" one? And don’t even get me started on the elevator—it reeked of stale smoke like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. If this is their standard of hygiene, I’d hate to see their kitchen. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less. No apologies, no solutions—just indifference. The whole experience felt like a complete scam. Overpriced, filthy, and absolutely not worth a single star, never mind four. Save your money and stay far away from this dump! Worst hotel experience ever.
