Anana Ecological Resort Krabi SHA Extra Plus

A very, very nice boutique hotel with simple yet elegant finishes and a team of well-trained, genuinely friendly staff. The food selection is tasty, the Happy Hour cocktails are excellent, and the pool is lovely and relaxing. You can tell the owner has a background in hospitality (formerly with Intercontinental) — the attention to detail really shows. Honestly, we don’t understand some of the negative reviews. One we do agree was that construction noise was starting early and lasting all day, it's understandable however the upgrades are being done during the low season. We also agree with other comments about the sound insulation between rooms… One of the new arrivals had a loud conversation until 1am, so we couldn’t sleep that night. Just a gentle reminder — guests, please be mindful of others. Overall we were very happy with the hotel. We usually stay just two nights in each hotel, but even though it’s further from beach and main areas we made an exception and extended our stay here until the end of our trip. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is away from the city, but they provide free hourly cabs. Breakfast is good and has a huge variety. Swimming pool is always clean and big. Reception people are super friendly. The room sockets are slightly loose for European plug though. Room also didn't have any body lotion. Room service was good. You can order food here from grab or use service menu until 10pm.

We stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a great experience. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a lovely pool, and the breakfast is truly excellent – lots of variety and very good quality. The wellness treatments were also very relaxing and professional. However, we don’t feel it quite lives up to a 5-star rating. The gym was honestly disappointing – many machines were broken, incomplete, or felt like they were falling apart. The space and equipment are definitely in need of an upgrade. Also, the water machine in the gym was out of order the entire time. On the plus side, the location is great – just outside the busy areas, so it’s nice and quiet. Shuttle buses are well organized and convenient, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which really added to our stay. All in all, a solid 4-star hotel
