Ananta Burin Resort

We visited with large group of 13 mixed Australian, Indian families. We had all ages catered- 3 teens, 20s 30s 40s a 5 yr old and older adults in our group. Excellent service and attention, staff going out of their way to accommodate helped with bookings, food alternatives etc. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and serviced daily. The hotel has a restaurant, breakfast with lots of options, Thai, western foods. There are also numerous food options surrounding for authentic Thai food or Indian, including quick meals or Dosa. Most are in the same street, or short walk, within 300m. Short walk to markets or side car transport is convenient otherwise, for a small fee. The pools were fun, clean and relaxing. Overall I would recommend this place to families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Ananta Burin, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. Although our initial room wasn't quite right, the front office team promptly and courteously switched us to a more suitable one. What truly impressed us, however, was the breakfast staff's attentiveness to our daughter's food allergies, going out of their way to provide oat milk instead of regular milk. It's touches like these that make a huge difference, especially given our past experiences at other hotels. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

We booked a 2-bedroom family room at a premium rate and expected a great experience but it was a big disappointment. Our room was old and felt unclean, some of the staff were very not pleasant and gave us a bad look when we arrived, and we didn’t even get breakfast for the price paid. The only bright side were the slides in the pool that the kids enjoyed. Overall though, I would not recommend this hotel and this is CERTAINLY not a 4-star hotel quality. You can find much better hotels in the area and for a lower price.
