Okay, here's a review highlighting the salty shower water but praising the excellent service: Mixed Feelings - Great Service, Salty Shower My recent stay at this hotel left me with somewhat mixed feelings. On the one hand, the service was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Any request was met with a smile and prompt action. The service alone warrants a high rating. However, there was one significant drawback: the water in the shower was noticeably salty. This made for a less than refreshing experience and is something the hotel should definitely address. Despite the issue with the water, the outstanding service did make the stay enjoyable overall. If the hotel can resolve the salty water problem, it would easily be a top-notch destination. The hotel is not as it is in the pictures. The way they advertise it looks pretty good however the rooms are small and tight. The water pressure is really not good. There is a bed smell from the water as well. However the location is great to stay in this area you have everything you need around you.

The hotel is not as advertised and is in bad shape. Where do i begin? 1. No hot water in shower! We get a letter stating the hot water is not working on day 2 and till we check- out. How convenient. 2. Wifi does not work in the room. Only in the lobby and by the pool. 3. Toilet is dirty and stained. 4. Air-conditioning started leaking. Not like drops but waterfall like. Thank goodness we were in the room when it happened, otherwise our luggage would have gotten soaked. The only saving grace was the staff. Everyone is friendly and warm but it was not enough to make up for the terrible room.
