Amazing location, outstanding hotel! I would have given 6 stars if I could. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, everything arranged with great taste. Speaking about taste: the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had! The chef made the best crepes and pancakes, it was a feast with everything that you can possibly think of. Claudia, the supervisor front office went above and beyond to accommodate our needs in a kind and professional manner. Did I mention the view? Like in the best postcards about Rome!
First time in Italy and Rome and I enjoyed everything about this place. I had many options but chose to stay this hotel because I heard great things about this place. Service was great and everyone was very welcoming. I would hang out at the bar at nights and Gabriele was a great Barmen. If you want to enjoy the lobby and have one of the best cocktails you should ask Gabriele to make one. He is an amazing person and the drinks he makes will blow your mind. I would highly recommend the hotel and for sure will stay there again next time I am in Rome.
The Hotel is one of my favorites. Visited many hotels through work and this is hands-down the one I enjoy staying at the most. Every time we layover in Rome and we stay at the Palazzo Naiadi I feel welcome and recognized right away. Claudia the Front Office Supervisor is amazing, professional, and happy to be working there. Brings great joy to see her every time. Thank you Claudia for making me and my crew always feel welcome and wanted. Ciao!
