Absolutely no complaints! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of. Our room was cleaned and beautifully refreshed twice a day. The food on-site was excellent—from breakfast to dinner—with a wide variety of options catering to both Western and local tastes. The resort also features plenty of animals, activities, and nearby excursions to enjoy. This was our first time visiting Sri Lanka, and Anantara truly set the bar high for every other hotel we’ll experience here. A fantastic stay all around.

From the moment I arrived, I could feel the warmth, care, and passion in everything they do. The service is flawless — every single department goes above and beyond. Housekeeping amazed me daily with their creativity and spotless work. Each day I found an adorable little animal made from towels waiting in my room — such a sweet, personal touch that brought a big smile to my face every time. The guest relations, front office, and F&B teams are simply outstanding, paying incredible attention to every detail and making me feel truly special. I came alone to relax, and they made sure I never once felt alone — I was surrounded by kindness, laughter, and genuine hospitality. Definitely, this is a piece of heaven that will always have a place in my heart. ❤️ One of the most magical moments, Eating breakfast with peacocks, playful squirrels, and a variety of beautiful birds all around me. It felt like dining in the middle of a peaceful nature paradise. The resort itself is breathtaking — a gorgeous beach that I could never get enough of, different activities such as yoga, sundown, aqua aerobics and so much more, a serene river teeming with wildlife, and lush grounds that feel like a private safari. Honestly, if you’re staying here, you don’t need to go anywhere else — this place has it all. I highly, highly recommend this resort!
