We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Everything from The experience at the Front Desk to breakfast to Concierge to the doorman, ALL offered us exceptional service and Hospitality. Our room Was very large compared to most five-star hotels that we have stayed in all over Europe. The hygiene and cleanness and the servicing of our room was one of the best I have seen in a long time. The location is also excellent easy access to walk places nearby and to take the train to other parts of the Front Riviera. Will for sure be coming back!

A truly timeless experience at Anantara… From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the setting — every bit deserving of its five-star reputation. The welcome was nothing short of exceptional: warm, professional, and attentive. While waiting for our table at the restaurant, we took a seat at the bar and were fortunate to be looked after by Sarah, an outstanding barmaid. She was thoughtful, friendly, and genuinely caring, and crafted delicious cocktails that made the moment feel extra special. We were then shown to our table, where we enjoyed a breathtaking view that added a magical touch to the rest of the evening. The dinner was flawless, served in a refined and tranquil atmosphere. The sushi was simply divine — without doubt the best we’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be back, thank you.

My stay at the Anantara Nice Hotel had its highs and lows. The service was truly outstanding—every staff member, including the bellman, was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their professionalism and warmth were a highlight of the trip. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. On one occasion, my ring fell under the bed, and when I looked to retrieve it, I was shocked to find the area absolutely disgusting, caked with dust and dirt. It was clear that this part of the room had not been properly cleaned in some time. To make matters worse, I developed congestion and a sore throat during my stay, and the dusty conditions in the room certainly didn’t help my recovery. Also for some reason the cleaning service left trays and cars outside our room. While the service was impeccable, the lack of cleanliness in the room significantly detracted from the overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses these housekeeping issues to match the excellence of their staff.
