Everything was thoughtfully taken care of with the finest attention to detail. A big thank you to our dedicated butler Kevin, who made our stay seamless—from arranging an early check-in at 11 AM to a late check-out at 2:30 PM, well beyond the usual hours. His warmth and efficiency truly enhanced our experience. We were visiting to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the entire team went above and beyond to make it a memorable one. From a special birthday wish in their beautiful theatre area to a personal greeting from the hotel manager—every gesture felt heartfelt. The staff also surprised us with a birthday cake and lovely room décor, which added the perfect touch to our celebration. Kudos to the entire Anantara team for creating such a magical and unforgettable experience. Thank you for making our stay so special—we will definitely be back!
