Highly recommend this hotel. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a pool suite with ocean view. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and they pass out wellness drinks and snacks while you are there. All of the food we had was incredible, breakfast was expansive, in-room dining was amazing. It’s centrally located with a perfect view of the surf and 10 min ride to the temple. Most importantly, the service was the best we have experienced. They went above and beyond to support us during our stay and each person was kind. My husband unfortunately got bali belly and they took so much care to help me get him better. The doctor was incredible. They brought him a spread of wellness drinks and food to make him feel better, and checked in on us multiple times. We are so grateful that we choose this hotel and only wish our stay was longer ❤️

Clean, friendly, great service. Great view! Access direct to beach via stairs. There’s a lot of stairs everywhere….. just saying…. Almost need to be fit if you’re staying above ground level. I particularly loved the turn down service…. Coming back to the room with the blanked folded over, slippers put and a cup of hot chocolate. I would come back.

Had to edit this review because not only is the condition of the hotel annoying but also hazardous. One of our children cut herself on a jagged edge tile inside the pool. The hotel seemed unconcerned about this. Honestly don’t bother with this place. We had by no means the lowest tier of room and the whole hotel is due a refurbishment. From toilets that don’t flush to bedding that is of questionable hygiene. What an absolute sham of an Anantara.
