Anasa was an amazing experience. The sporting facilities were great for the kids and the gym state of the art. The masseur & instructor at the gym was so helpful and very knowledgeable. As was the yoga teacher. The accom is lovely and service 10/10. The view from the balcony incredible. Thank you for a memorable stay.

A Restorative Escape at Asana Wellness Resort Our stay at Asana Wellness Resort was nothing short of rejuvenating. Nestled on the mountainside, our private house on stilts was surrounded by lush greenery and misty treetops—like living in a treehouse with the comforts of a luxury retreat. We felt instantly healthier and more grounded just being there. One of the highlights was walking the red clay path that loops through the grounds. It took about 45 minutes and offered breathtaking views, with tea pickers at work in the distance adding to the charm and authenticity of the setting. The food was fresh and flavorful—healthy without ever feeling restrictive. The gym’s personal trainer gave us a fantastic session, with personalized stretching that left us feeling energized and loose. We also took part in yoga sessions, and spent time unwinding in the sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the cold plunge pool. Cigerettes and alcohol are banned. Every detail felt intentional and nurturing. Asana isn’t just a resort—it’s a true wellness experience.

Every meal featured fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautifully prepared and presented.
