Anata Spa and Resort Jaipur

I recently stayed at this hotel for the Miss Raj event, and the experience was truly impressive. From the warm and professional hospitality at check-in to the clean, spacious, and well-appointed room, everything was handled with care. The hotel’s elegant interiors and beautifully organized event space provided the perfect setting for such a glamorous occasion. Staff remained attentive throughout, ensuring the event ran smoothly. The food was another highlight—delicious, diverse, and well-presented. Overall, the hotel delivered a seamless blend of comfort, service, and style, making my stay during Miss Raj talent round both enjoyable and memorable.

Great Rooms cleanliness and Staff courtesy !! Some folks from housekeeping ( forgot the name was really great - some trainees from bhatinda/Punjab ) and Ritika who helped getting the room shifted was very helpful . Things which needs improvement :- better Restaurant management during high crowd we checked in and went to lunch and it was chaos all over with no one to attend us during lunch hour yet had to pay 1800++ for the food not served hot . In evening Ramnivas explained the situation and did help us with Dinner ( So kind and generous of him accepting the fact ) later in dinner. We chose to skip Bkfst paying for the overcrowded buffet tables we felt not worth paying extra . Front Desk heard us but least empathetic and request to left a note. Overall something I feel to be improved for a great location and excellent Rooms Ananta . We kind of had Great stay only because Ritika from housekeeping or Rooms helped shifted to better room away from construction area !! Overall 4 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positives 1. Service is good. 2. Cleanliness is very good. 3. Location is wonderful. 4. Rooms are good. 5. Lots of greenery. Cons 1. Food is very average. 2. Beds are little small. 3. View not available in every room. 4. Swimming pool and it's hygiene is not well maintained. Kids bathing naked in pool , adults bathing with their regular clothes , no swimming costume being re enforced. People eating near pool. 5. Very few activities for kids. No indoor game section. The resort is designed for destination marriage purpose. They are more focused on that I assume.
