Great hotel, used to be the Swiss Bell, Absolutely perfect stay. Breakfast was good, could use a few more western options but its not a deal breaker. Our room was very nice, we had a Delux room. Amazing shower, plenty of good hot water and a very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Highly recommended.
The hotel was very nice. They have large pool and provide pool towels. The restaurant just next to it. We had nice room with pool view. Room are very clean, and amenity provided. The room has a sensor if you want to turn on the AC, balcony door need to be closed. Water refill also provided for free. Restaurant menu are great for lunch. Breakfast are included for what I paid and breakfast menu was great. It is local breakfast with other international menu. It worth to stay here if you like to visit Bali
Amazing service. We booked 11 rooms for our school trip holiday and the triple rooms were specious and super clean. Hospitality level is 5 star and the staff were so kind and supportive in every way possible. Thank you for making our stay a special one
