Wonderful stay at Anatole Hotel Hanoi We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Anatole Hotel in Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive — we truly felt pampered throughout our stay. The service was outstanding: everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh local and international dishes to start the day right. The hotel’s location is also perfect: right in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for warm hospitality and a central base in Hanoi!
Our stay at the hotel in Hanoi was truly comfortable and enjoyable. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel extremely welcome. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always checking in with us about our food preferences and making sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. One thing that really stood out was how helpful they were in guiding us about the local attractions. Their suggestions made it easier for us to explore the beautiful city of Hanoi without any hassle. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention — it had a wide and delicious spread, with plenty of vegetarian options, which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily rate the hotel a perfect 5 out of 5. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!
Just want to give a big shout out to all the staff and the service at Anatole Hotel. Their hospitality is truly top-notch, they start taking care of you from the moment you step out of the car! The location is unbeatable , right in the heart of the city, next to the cathedral, and just a short walk to all other part of the Old Quarter, making it super convenient to explore Hanoi. While the room might feel a bit compact for those used to more spacious accommodations, it's completely understandable given the hotel's prime location in the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space. I’ve stayed here a few times now, and it’s always my first choice whenever I visit Hanoi
