Came here to stay for the Pekan Classics UCI event. As expected, the place was filled with performance road cyclists from Malaysia and around the world. The rooms are huge which if I am sure accommodated both riders and their two-wheeled wonders. Hotel restaurant served up good meals to power us for the event by opening early at 5 AM instead of 7 AM to feed us for the event. This is a welcomed gesture from them. Only 2km from Pekan just across the bridge spanning the Pahang River, it is a good hotel to host us for this event. Thank you.
Room was spacious! Got the King Deluxe + sahur package around rm240. 3d 2n. Plenty of parking space. Food for sahur are different and delicious! Pool is also huge, kids love it!
I'm giving 1 star for the coffee house. It took around 30 minutes for drinks to be served. Around 45 minutes for the food to be served with one order leftout and it took over an hour to get the leftout order. There's hair in our slice of cake and luckily they did not charged us of the cake. One of the order was salmon steak. And we have to ask for a knife to enjoy it. Surely the staff should put the knife along it or beforehand. The service was too slow and it was not crowded. It took us almost 1.5 hours to have our dinner. And the worst part , it is not the first time. We had similar situation around 3 months before. This will be our last time. Please improved your service. You just give a bad experience to your guest.
