Very basic not what you pay for. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. breakfast was very basic as I asked for yogurt for my cereal they asked for extra payment and bread was a little too dry. The hotel may be old but it was clean for it’s age. Hamam is OK, but ask what is in the köpük, kese and massage before you accept as mine was a short cut version. Not happy at all.
This place will tell you it is 4 stars but please read the reviews. It’s totally not what you think it is. They are overpriced and will trick you in any way they can. Food quality is low, place is dirty, rooms are dirty.
dirty, expensive and definitely lacks friendly customer service. The guy was so angry when we asked why the towels costed extra when the place across the street was HALF price and included towels.
