We had a friend’s 50th birthday this past weekend. What a gem of a place. Rooms are gorgeous, spotless and beds are super comfortable. Sean and Karien are perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We had the most incredible time and we will definitely be back to this peaceful little slice of heaven.
We held my Fiance's 50th birthday party at Anchors Rest this weekend and it was the most amazing weekend thanks to the hosts Sean & Karien. Nothing was too much effort for the hosts, and they went out of their way to make it a magical experience! We were a group of 13 guests, and this is the perfect accommodation for group bookings. Every intention is given to detail, very comfortable and pristine accommodation! Highly recommended!
An amazing and magical weekend spent at Anchors Rest. A true home away from home experience. Private, clean, neat, tidy and spacious with everything one could ask for. Walking distance to all amenities. A perfect getaway, short or long stay and the perfect hosts Karien and Sean who were most accommodating.
