This property has so much history and is very cozy. I would pay twice the price for it! In addition, as a solo female traveller I always felt safe and taken care of. Phillipe is a wonderful host and even took time out of his day to show me the Chapel that is on the property. I enjoyed seeing all the animals they had, from the cute dogs to the chickens and horses. I decided to stay at this property as it is right between Mount Saint-Michel and the D Day beaches. Best decision ever! You can really feel all the love the owners have placed into restoring the property. The room was enormous and I appreciated the free snacks like coffee, tea, milk and madeleines. Although there is no breakfast, the restaurants in Saint-Lo are an 8 minute drive away.

A great place with great people. Both Philippe and his wife are very gentle, kind and compassionate. They are welcoming with warm smile .They both make you feel the place like home. The place is very clean and very well maintained. I recommend this place with pleasure for anyone who wants to stay in place that connects you with nature. A chapel right above the house dating back to 12th century adds a bit of spiritual retreat to your stay :)
