Hotel Bali Tower is undergoing a rebranding. This is a great place for kids, lots of activities and cuteness here. Everything was comfortable, lots and lots of ammenities like different types of lotions, bath salts, hair scrunchy, etc. Free drinks day and night, ramen after 8 pm, and vouchers for the choice of free tea with desserts (like a British type of tea), making takoyaki, or sake taste each night of your stay. Our stay included breakfast, which is now a buffet. The food is good. Amenities and service are here for sure. I gave it 5 stars for those aspects, but the hotel is a little sensory overload for me. Every corner and nook has something in it with signs everywhere and the same music on repeat. It's very close to Tennoji station that connects all over the city. We aren't party goers. For our two days here, we went to Osaka castle, Kawasakibashi bridge that's near a park filled with Sakura, and to Himeji Castle. Our flight leaves Kansai Airport at 9 pm. We left our luggage here to go do a little shopping and visit a nearby park.

What’s marketed really undersells the experience. When you come in, everything is pretty much free and the staff treat you really well. Free flow drinks- alcoholic (including spirits)/ non alcoholic options all day/ night, free karaoke rooms, free arcade rooms, free afternoon tea/ snacks, free photo opportunities, free endless amenities, free massage chairs, free baggage storage (even after checkout for the day) and more. The room is clean but a tad small- however, this is fine because you’ll be exploring everything this resort has to offer anyway! It’s also only a quick walk to Tennoji station, which is only a couple stops from Namba and so convenient when changing lines eg the Kintetsu line or the JR Haruka KIX Airport Express Train. There are also so many department stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This is a family hotel oriented towards small kids. Not that that is a bad thing, but it does not seem to be advertised anywhere when booking. The buffet was extremely lackluster and made my girlfriend and I sick. The hotel is not very cleanly and the room service is at most bare minimum. The arcade has a majority of broken and not working games. All you can drink is all you can drink while the bottle lasts and most of the bottles run out before you even get there. Children are running around till 11-12 at night. The location is very unappealing. The only upside is that you were close to a train station. The room itself is quite nice except for the fact that room service does not clean the whole room and tried to charge us for getting clean sheets! The staff is nice and they just seem understaffed which leads to the lack of upkeep. Overall wouldn’t recommend
