Anda Sea Tales Resort

I had a great stay here, 4 nights in a private pool room. Was clean, with 2 bottles water free everyday. Tea and coffee in the room. Rooftop area is very nice to relax and watch sunset, with an infinity pool. There’s a 7evelen just 1 minute walking, same street. Breakfast reasonably price, but I didn’t try. They also have the floating breakfast must be nice. I had one issue with toilet but was fixed right away. I am happy with my stay and would come back anytime.

This hotel has everything a couple who likes to be within a 10-minute walk of the city center needs: spacious rooms, well-equipped bathrooms, and a pool in their room. We stayed three nights and felt truly relaxed! The staff was friendly, and the hotel tour guide was very helpful! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Unfortunately, this hotel was not what we expected and very disappointing. Especially for the price - the cleanliness was low and the rooms are run down. We have received much better service and quality for a lower price across several cities in Thailand. There were bugs (spiders, a cockroach, a small black bug that resembled a bed bug) in our room as soon as we checked in. There were hairs all over the floor and water seeping in from the pool. We kindly asked to move to another room and found the next room to be equally as bad. I have stayed in better motels than this hotel. After seeing the second room, we politely asked for a refund and were denied one, even though we had reserved for 4 nights. The front desk staff were kind but the management team is unhelpful and refused to issue any sort of compensation or partial refund. Don’t reserve here unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if you’re uncomfortable staying here. If you have any problems management will not help you.
