"A Delightful Stay – Highly Recommended!" We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect — close to major attractions and easily accessible. The breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety to choose from. We truly felt at home here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Had an awesome stay here! The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and lots of cool places to check out. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. I actually lost my key card during my stay, and even though the charge is normally 300 baht, they didn’t make me pay for it, which I thought was really kind and showed great customer service. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would totally come back next time I’m in Phuket.

Definitely will not be going back. Made me wait 3 hours to get room door lock to open. Had to wake the neighbouring room at 2 am so they could climb into my balcony from their balcony with a harness to access the room via the balcony door. The cleaning service was terrible. They walked in when I didnt want them to come in. Very strict rules when checking in and out. Stupidly high deposit and when you have guests they will charge you or take your deposit. Very overcrowded, lots of people waiting for checking into rooms. Facilities for pool are not very good. I have photos and videos of the door lock incident which I have put forward to agoda, the booking agency is used. The staff aren't the rudest but just be careful when booking, they don't follow policy and can make a number of excuses to take deposit when checking out. Not trustworthy. Hotels next to or nearby are much more trustworthy.
