Wonderful stay. I booked two bedroom suit. It came with large living area accompanied by open kitchen. Each bedroom with attached bathroom. Also one common washroom with washing machine. A perfect stay for a family. 5 minutes walk you will reach commercial complex with good cafe and dining facilities.
I had a pleasant stay at **Al Andlus Habitat**. The room was very good, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, though the pillows were quite hard and could be improved. One downside was that the TV had no channels, which was disappointing. Service-wise, the staff were cooperative and polite, making the experience more enjoyable. The food was average—not bad, but nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with minor improvements needed.
My recent experience at this hotel was unfortunately far from satisfactory, despite the truly exceptional efforts of the staff. I had booked three rooms and, regrettably, would not choose to stay here again. Room Conditions: A Major Concern The most significant issues encountered were within the rooms themselves. The bathrooms were filthy, with drains that repeatedly clogged, causing dirt to back up. The drain caps were loose, revealing visible grime and leading to a shocking odor. Similarly, the bedroom floors were notably filthy and sticky, and the kitchen cupboards were also dirty and sticky. These conditions were simply unacceptable and detracted significantly from any potential comfort. Staff Excellence It's important to highlight that the hotel staff were amazing throughout my stay. Their professionalism and helpfulness were a stark contrast to the condition of the facilities and truly the only positive aspect of my visit. Value for Money and Recommendation Given the pervasive cleanliness issues, I believe the price paid for my stay was far too much. This hotel might only be suitable for a brief layover if the price were around 50 riyals a night. While the staff are excellent, the hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and thorough disinfection process. Due to these significant concerns, I will be initiating a refund process shortly as I know the price of nearly £300 British pounds I paid forn3 rooms for one night doesn’t reflect. a more comprehensive visual review and a full YouTube video detailing my experience will be released soon on my channel.
