Andaman Beach Suites Hotel

We stayed in the Superior Sea View Room at the Andaman Beach Suites Hotel. The room was clean, spacious with a beautiful, mesmerising view of the sea. The location of the hotel is about 5 min walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet spread was good with variety. The swimming pool of the hotel is also wonderful, with a kids pool and infinity pool too. There are good Indian restaurants , shops nearby. Overall we had a very good stay at this hotel in Phuket and recommend it.

The rooms are clean and spacious. We had a suite on 14th floor so good sea view. Room service only till 8:30 pm which is inconvenient. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk from here. They keep threatening messages in the room that if any of the linens are stained during your stay they will collect charges from you ,which in turn makes you feel unwelcome. At the time of the checkout they said that bathrobes had been missing from the room and they wanted to charge us. However it was their housekeeping staff who had forgotten to replace the robes after the cleaning. The confusion was cleared once they confirmed from their team. All in all, i have given the stars only for the good cleanliness and hygiene. Zero stars for room service, for breakfast taste and for staff behaviour.

It was horrible, we booked 4 rooms and each had a new problem everyday. WiFi was slow, bathroom shatafa exploded, bathroom lights stoped working, all 4 of the bathrooms had a stinky egg smell before we even used it and the shatafa water was so strong it would hurt when we would use it. The bedroom had stains and not nice interior as well. At night u could heat Music and parties from ur room. Very disappointed.
