Great property, in a quiet area well maintained and with well trained staff members. Always professional, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are big, well appointed and very clean. You also get a small balcony with 2 chairs which was great. The pool is very small but still enjoyable. The buffet breakfast wasn't huge but in terms of choices,, and taste, it was great. Will definitely come back and thank you to the whole team who made my son and I feel welcomed at all time! The beach is a good 20mns walk away from the hotel and the nearest 7eleven about 5mns walk.

Excellent hotel. We got a free room upgrade. The room is clean, no smell. The view of the cliff is simply gorgeous. The simple rooms also have a nice view of the hill. Quiet and cozy place, 20 minutes walk to the beach, but a very beautiful place. Bulls graze nearby. There is a shuttle to the beach, but only 2 times a day, we did not use it. It is convenient to walk, there is a sidewalk on the street. Good service.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days in August 2025. The room was decent sized, with a balcony showing a great mountain view. However please note they don't provide any toothpaste and toothbrush and slippers -- which are essentials. Additionally, the TV is quite old and has no channels. The major issue is that the AC could not be kept on all the time as they don't allow it, and sometimes it didn't work properly in the night, so it became quite unpleasant with the outside heat. (They also want 500 baht deposit for an additional second room key, but again - not allowed to keep that in the room with the AC running) The staff were quite nice and helpful. But the breakfast was not really good and quite limited. There is a beautiful garden area however. Location wise, although the mountain view is stunning, there is a pathway back to the main street which can be dark at night, so heads up.
