Best staff for me -OIL I had an amazing experience at Andamantra! The service was absolutely top-notch — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made my stay even more special. The food was excellent, offering both variety and quality. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. Highly recommend Andamantra for anyone looking for the best service and a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the best hotel's i have stayed in, Its very cozy and comfy, the breakfast was good, the ambience and services all were very nice. The staff was very approaching and sweet, the views from the room were just amazing and calm.. We loved our stay, only issue was with the air conditioner, as it wasn't cooling well, may be because our room was direct sea facing or maybe the Air Conditioner had a fault.. The staff and the team did come as soon as we called and tried to get the things fixed, but then again the cooling was taking time.. we did love our stay.. bit far from the beach though, but the coast is very close to the road.. Overall satisfied with the stay.. Thank you😊

Great Location & Hospitality, But Room for Improvement We stayed at Andamantra Resort last June during a five-day trip to Thailand from Dubai. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, which set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in Patong, right by the beach and among many other beachfront properties. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we also enjoyed the à la carte options. The Thai cuisine, particularly the green chicken curry, was a standout—rich in flavor and very satisfying. Our connecting room was very spacious, with a balcony and a lovely sea view. It also came with a bathtub, which our kids absolutely loved. The resort staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to assist. However, there were a few drawbacks that affected our overall experience: • The property was extremely crowded, and check-in took longer than expected. • Our room was quite dusty, and the mattress was uncomfortably hard. • The electrical sockets didn’t support our phone chargers, and when we asked the staff, we were told to purchase our own adapters, which was inconvenient. • Most disappointing of all, we had to leave a room deposit that, as of now, has not been refunded, which has left a negative impression. Despite these issues, the resort has many positive aspects and a lot of potential. With attention to cleanliness, room comfort, and better guest support regarding amenities, it could truly elevate the guest experience.
