Please give an updated opening date. I will be traveling in September, but the date keeps getting pushed from 1st quarter 2025 to now 3rd quarter 2025.
Andaz Lisbon, by Hyatt I’m disappointed with the handling of Hyatt’s Best Rate Guarantee scheme for my upcoming reservation at Hyatt Centric Malta. Despite providing proof of a lower rate and even making two separate bookings to meet their requirements for validation, my claim was rejected for reasons that seem unfounded and inconsistent with the policy terms. This experience has diminished my confidence in the credibility of the 'Best Rate Guarantee' promise and negatively impacts the brand's reputation. I remain hopeful that my stay will be more enjoyable than my disappointing interactions with their support team via email and phone. While this review focuses on my experience with Hyatt Centric Malta, I believe it’s important for potential guests of this property to be aware of such issues.
