Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa

My husband and I came on vacation to this hotel. We liked it very much. Very nice, clean and fresh room. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. Service at a high level 👍 The kitchen and bar are beautiful and very tasty 👍 Thank you for the pleasant memories of our vacation🤍

Just had an amazing stay at this new hotel in Miami Beach! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We were even offered a generous food and beverage credit, which was such a nice surprise. The accommodations were top tier—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. We’re extremely happy with the entire experience and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and top-notch service in Miami Beach.

I typically love the Andaz brand so I thought I’d check out the one on Miami’s Beach. Globalist announcement - there are NO suite upgrades that view the water. You will have to pay a supplement. Service hovered somewhere between a shrug and meh. They are trying but this is NOT the Conrad, Hotel 1 or the Ritz. I wanted to fall in love with it because it’s beautiful but it needs some work on service. Early check in is nonexistent so plan for that. My safe didn’t work and it took them over an hour to get to the room to fix it. I had late checkout on my last day but housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:00 asking when I was going to leave and my keys shut off at 12:00. There were no sparks for me about this hotel. The first date was fine but no second date for me. 10/10 for the pool service! They did an excellent job.
