We've got such amazing service here! Big thanks to Graph and Anna – Graph was super welcoming and took great care of us from breakfast till checkout. Anna helped us with all our questions. This resort is just perfect – gorgeous views and beautiful gardens. All the staff were so polite and kind. Can't wait to come back!
Overall an incredible stay. Bit off the beaten path but the resort is incredible shape (2 years old) and a great value at between $250-$400 USD (also part of Amex FHR). Very family friendly, pools are great, water slides, lazy river, etc. At peace with the surroundings, they really built the hotel around the land that was there (e.g. huge central tree when you enter). Leveraged a lot of Thai architecture and furniture, heavy use of teak and other woods. Onsen, gym, etc. are all top notch and in pristine shape. Beach is ok but not super clean / clear so be aware of that. Locations is about 30 min from Pattaya and 20 min from Jotien (bit gritty). Note there are some wild and more aggressive dogs off property so it is not safe to walk around off premises (def. Not at night), but there is not much nearby anyway so no big loss there. Nice perk is a minibar stocked daily (snacks, coke, juice, few singha beers). Overall if you have a few days outside of Bangkok and are looking for a best in class experience this is a great option.
We stayed for 1 week and overall had a really lovely stay. We knew when booking that the resort is in a fairly remote location, but it’s easy to get to from Bangkok and we were planning to just stay on the property anyway—which worked out great. We booked the King Room with Roof Garden and loved it. The room is a decent size (about 50 sqm) and the real highlight was the rooftop balcony—super spacious and perfect for lounging in semi-private. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful most of the time. We went as a couple looking for a quiet, relaxing week—and got that about 70% of the time. Just a heads up: it also caters to families, so there were a few large groups with kids and babies, especially around the breakfast buffet and pool areas. It could get a bit noisy and chaotic at times, but we still managed to enjoy the pool and beach (though the beach itself isn’t the cleanest—it didn’t bother us as we weren’t planning to swim there). Breakfast buffet was great—lots of variety and good quality. The food at the restaurants for lunch and dinnwer was decent, but definitely overpriced. Poolside bars were great for drinks and snacks. The spa was one of our favourite parts—very relaxing, luxurious feel, and the therapists were professional and lovely. Highly recommend the massages! Check-out was a bit messy—there was an issue with the card machines, and we were advised to use their on-site ATM, which also didn’t work. There’s no ATM outside within walking distance either. Eventually, the machine worked again, but we had to wait quite a while.
