Beautiful hotel located near public transport & many of the major sites. Breakfast was deliciously fresh with a set menu and spread of pastries, juices, bread, fresh fruit, cheese, smoked salmon and gluten free items. Enjoyed eating out on patio each AM. Cocktails were nice as well as the bar menu. They provide water, soda & lemonade plus coffee/tea station near check in desk. They also have a water dispenser to refill water bottles. Each evening between 5 pm & 6 pm you are allowed one free drink @ bar. Impressed by their security measures, requiring hotel guests to scan key card to enter hotel & other exit has a porter watching the door. Card must be scanned to use elevator also. Room has a safe. Clean room and comfy bed. Only downfall was inattentiveness of the wait staff. After they brought your food you had to flag them down to refill your coffee. They would deliver food to nearby tables & not check if other hotel guests needed anything especially for coffee refills.

I had an excellent stay at Andaz Prague. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed—everything felt high-end and welcoming. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff. They were genuinely kind and attentive every morning, which made a real difference. I especially appreciated one of the male waiters—unfortunately, I didn’t get his name—but his warmth and professionalism stood out. The breakfast itself was incredible. The quality of the food was top-notch, and I have to say, I had the best French toast I’ve ever tasted. It was so good, I looked forward to it every morning! Highly recommend Andaz Prague for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the heart of the city.

I cannot recommend this hotel more. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of so warmly, so excellently. Our porter, Peter, got us our welcome drinks, and taught the kids where the water and fruit sodas were always available at the lobby. Our three rooms were clean, beautiful, and all on the same floor. They have a very well trained waitstaff, and whoever manning their egg station in the kitchen made perfect eggs every morning I was there.
