I stayed at The Andes in Savannah this past August for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we loved our trip. Yes, it was insanely hot (hello, Savannah in summer!), but the hotel made it totally worth it. The pool was perfect, and the entire vibe of the hotel was super boutique and cute — such a hidden gem. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special — we got a welcome drink and even a complimentary birthday drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was so friendly, and the whole place just felt warm and welcoming. It’s also in a great location — super walkable, we were able to explore so much of the city on foot. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Andaz Savannah for a family wedding and to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—from the front desk to the valet team. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, along with a personal note and chocolate truffles to celebrate our anniversary—such a thoughtful touch! We also really appreciated the complimentary in-room refreshments and the welcome drink at check-in—small details that made the stay feel extra special. The location was perfect—super walkable to everything in downtown Savannah, making it easy to explore the city. We would absolutely recommend Andaz Savannah and will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips.

Overall, our stay at the Andaz in Savannah was really great. The beds and pillows are super comfy and quiet, and the room is cleaned every morning. The pool was a fantastic hang and we didn't have to worry about towels because they are constantly being replenished. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - close to everything. We enjoyed the room snacks and nightly S'mores. My only complaint is that the marble tile outside by the front sliding doors was so slippery, that I fell. Hard. Like bruises hard. The concierge and another staff member came to check on me and help me get up. They said they would put a sign on the floor as a warning to others. They never put up the sign, or even another floor mat. They also did not offer ice or anything to make me more comfortable. It was kind of an odd and lazy way to handle the somewhat dramatic incident.
