From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The food? Absolutely amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. And the drinks — crafted with care and flavor. I’m not usually an Old Fashioned kind of girl, but it became my drink of choice all weekend. It was that good! The hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, with the added bonus of a 24-hour pool — a rare and wonderful perk. My husband and I will definitely be back again and again. Andaz, you’ve gained a customer for life. A huge thank you to the entire staff especially Joel, Anastasia, restaurant staff- Katelynn, Brandon and Samantha, and even the maintenance staff for their professionalism, constant smiles, and clear joy in serving guests. You all made our stay truly memorable.

Absolutely Stunning Stay at Andaz Resort and Spa! From the moment we arrived, the welcome service (and cocktail!) set the tone for a truly relaxing and memorable stay. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained and easy to navigate — every detail felt intentional and serene. We stayed in the Retreat area, which gave us exclusive access to the spa, gym, and a more private pool — a perfect touch of luxury and tranquility. The resort activities like the fireside social and live music were a fun and thoughtful bonus that added to the experience. Room service was prompt and thorough, and every request was met with professionalism and kindness. One highlight was the poolside bar — the Mahi Jerk Sandwich was delicious, and Jon, our bartender, gave great recommendations and was so courteous throughout our stay. What really stood out was the attentiveness of the manager and staff. On the hottest Arizona days, they made sure our room was comfortably cool — and it was! The location is also a major plus: you're close to great restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need. We’re already looking forward to our return — this place is a gem!

You could tell they love what they do, and their energy made such a difference in our experience. They weren’t just staff — they became part of the memories we made.
