Andaz Seoul Gangnam By Hyatt

While staying at the Andaz Hotel, I happened to stop by a wine bar nearby called vino615, and it turned out to be a real gem. The staff's thoughtful recommendations made it easy to explore new wines, and the overall selection was truly impressive. If you're in the area and looking for a relaxed yet refined spot to enjoy a glass, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

I am very impressed by their concierge team. They helped me make several appointments ahead of time. At one point I couldn't locate one of my appointments. Fortunately it was not too far, but one of the team members ran to find me (9 min walk) and showed me where to go. If that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is. Thank you so much for helping me and making my stay feel like home. The location and availability of food, shopping and resources was great. Would love to come back.

Upscale modern design hotel that's situated close to the subway. Rooms are well appointed and great views of the city. Hidden gem is the pool and free sauna/hot tub (separate from the paid Jjimjilbang). Spent 4 hours here on Monday morning and very few hotel guests using. Pricing is quite high although Hyatt points can be a great deal.
