Awesome hotel. Location is a bit out of the way but has great view of Tokyo tower and Tokyo Bay. Many decent shops and restaurants nearby. We were very fortunately upgraded to tower view, very gracious by the gesture. Room is very clean and dated, service all around are excellent even for Japan standards. The walking connections are a bit maze like, even for a seasoned traveler. The lounge has a great coffee machine but not much else. Highly highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Excellent service and exceptional facilities. My husband and I booked the king bed for our honeymoon and we were honestly surprised at how big the room and bathroom was. The bathtub was huge and made for a great soak! Moreover, the beds were super comfortable, everything was modern and clean, and the staff were all very helpful. In particular, the concierge helped us in making dinner reservations, which we greatly appreciated. They also added a special touch in celebrating our honeymoon after we let them know during the check in process. We also went to the lounge for some dessert and listen to the live band at night. The food and drinks were great and the vibes were amazing, not too loud or crowded. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and we will be staying here again whenever we visit Tokyo!

We had a perfect stay at Andaz Tokyo! I got an upgraded room even without Hyatt status and staying on an award booking. Beautiful rooms with amazing views of the city. The bathroom was a highlight, with a hot tub - basically a private onsen if you close your eyes! The lounge with happy hour is a nice escape from the busyness down below. The restaurants are all good. Easy to get a taxi downstairs, and well located to major tourist areas. The breakfast was excellent, not sure if it’s worth it if not included in your rate, but we enjoyed it. We’ll be back to the Andaz on our next Tokyo trip!
