Hygiene is perfect. Housekeeping is doing great job! As 4 star hotel they would need at least some activities for guests. Breakfast "not great, not terrible". To me it looks like they just stopped caring. Restaurant a la carte service is terrible.
Clean and comfortable room for a quick stop in Pamplona. Quite a way away from everything, but there is a bus to the city that stops nearby. Worked well for our one night stay.
When you go in a 4 star hotel, the least you can expect is no stinky smell in the room. HORRIBLE cigarette smell in the room, not romantic at all. Futhermore the staff did nothing to improve. Very bad hotel
