Andriake Beach Club Hotel All Inclusive

We had a wonderful stay. I would say it's a 4-star resort not 5 because there's room for improvement regarding food and drinks and some minor things like asking for towels one day but overall it's very good. The beach is the highlight of the trip. Very clean, calm and clear water and the sand is very soft so no need for sea shoes. The entrance to the sea is shallow which is perfect for kids. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. Great value for money! We'll be back next year.

Hotel: Very nice, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing with beautiful surroundings. Food: 4/5 – tasty and varied, snacks are good, but that’s one of the few positives. Staff: Unfortunately rarely friendly or helpful. Also, communication in English is very poor, which makes it difficult to get assistance. Sea: Gorgeous – definitely the biggest advantage of this place. Room: Generally okay, comfortable and spacious, but cleaning is irregular and not thorough. Noise: The biggest problem – rooms with balconies facing the pool are extremely loud. Music and animations go on late into the night, making it practically impossible to sleep. There is a complete lack of quiet hours, which greatly lowers the comfort of the stay.

We have currently been staying in the hotel for 3 days and will be staying for 2 weeks. The welcome and the staff are quite good. The food is not varied ( same recipes everytime, and no seafood for example) and even there is no hot Milk. The only good thing could be the swimming pool which is excellent. Also, there remains a negative point regarding the rooms: the minibar does not work and I have raised this point quite a few times but without a solution because according to what I was told not all the minibars are cold and this tarnishes the reputation of a hotel that is supposed to be 5 stars. The problem with the minibars still persists and I find it unprofessional at all. You should also think about varying the list of channels by including French-language channels, for example, because there are only Turkish or Russian channels. If you are looking for quality, don't come.
